How can I ensure I will be satisfied with my order?

Throughout the making process, we'll send you photos and videos for review — you're welcome to share feedback and we'll make adjustments to ensure the piece truly resembles your pet. That said, please allow for slight color differences due to screen display, as well as the natural limitations of handcrafted wool felting. We aim for a 90% likeness and will always give it our very best.

How do I care for and maintain it?

  • Keep it out of direct sunlight. If possible, display it under a clear dome or case.
  • Pilling and loose fibers are completely normal with wool felt — simply trim any surface fuzz with a small pair of scissors.
  • Make sure your hands are clean before handling, as oils and dust can transfer to the wool.
  • We don't recommend washing your piece. If it needs a light dust-off, use the cool, low setting on a hair dryer and gently blow from a distance.
  • When grooming the fur, use a large needle to softly tease the fibers — avoid regular combs or brushes, as they may damage the felt.

What kind of animals can Montrest recreate?

Cats, dogs, squirrels, hamsters, rabbits, and even turtles! We can replicate almost any pet, though all requests are subject to final confirmation by our felt artists.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, we'll confirm the details with you before we begin.

  • Production Time: Typically 2–3 weeks. Larger statues or complex poses may require additional time.

  • Shipping: Usually 7–15 days, depending on your location. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Can I rush my order?

Our artists are working diligently to complete each piece as quickly as possible. The timeline we provide is already the fastest possible turnaround we can guarantee without compromising quality.

Do you ship internationally? Is it expensive?

We ship to almost everywhere in the world, and shipping is FREE! If we're unable to deliver to your location, we'll notify you by email and issue a full refund.
