At Montrest, we craft memories, not inventory. Since every wool felt portrait is meticulously handmade to mirror your specific pet’s features, it is inherently tied to your family. Because a custom "mini-me" has no resale value to anyone else in the world, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.

To ensure you’re 100% happy, we send high-res "Sneak Peek" photos of the finished work for your approval before shipping. This is your chance to bark, meow, or chirp about any minor tweaks. Once you give us the "paws up," your custom Montrest Kin is officially yours!

 

Your happiness is important to us! If you are not completely satisfied with your Montrest Kins， please contact us at montrestkins@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will do our best to address any concerns or issues you may have.

Product Quality & Defects
Montrest stands behind the craftsmanship of our creations. Our liability is strictly limited to manufacturing defects. In the event of a verified product defect, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund.

Shipping & Transit Risks
All shipments are handled by third-party logistics providers. Montrest is not liable for items damaged or lost during transit. * In the event of damage or loss, the logistics company bears full responsibility.
