Step-by-Step Process

    Select your preferred style and complete payment.
  2. Email Confirmation
    You will receive an email with your order number.
  3. Submit Photos
    Send photos of your pet to our email according to the Photo Guide below.
  4. Style Confirmation
    We will confirm the styling of your Montrest Kin with you via email.
  5. Handcrafting
    The handcrafting process begins, involving hours of meticulous work.
  6. Revision
    We will send photos of the finished work for minor adjustments.
  7. Shipping
    Once approved, your Montrest Kin will be securely packed and shipped.
  8. Receive
    Bridging the distance, your Montrest Kin has arrived by your side.

To ensure accuracy in color and detail, please ensure your photos meet these standards:

  • Natural Lighting

  • Clear & Focused

  • No Filters


Important Notes

 

  • If your pet has distinctive features — like unique markings or eye color — we'd love to see a few extra close-up shots.

  • Do NOT wear any collars or clothing unless you want them included in the final work.
  • Please let us know the desired expression (open/closed mouth). The photos should represent their most natural coat color and grooming style.
  • If you are looking to commemorate a pet that has passed, we are honored to help. Please provide your favorite photos along with as many different angles as possible. This allows us to capture every detail of their unique features, creating a lifelike keepsake to keep you company for years to come.
